Zoheb Siraj is a driven real estate professional with deep experience across construction, procurement, and asset management. He began his career sourcing and supplying building materials to hospitality and real estate companies, where he developed a strong foundation in construction processes and cost controls. Alongside his brother, Farhan, Zoheb actively invests in and develops subdivision communities as well as multifamily and single-family residential projects throughout the DFW Metroplex. With a hands-on approach, Zoheb focuses on identifying acquisition opportunities, overseeing project construction, managing material procurement, and maximizing long-term asset value.
